PoLe_Racing_2017: Schaden VLN #5

This is bad news – hopefully the driver was not hurt. Seems like an odd spot for a mishap.
All the best getting the car back together for the 24h race – looks like late nights for all involved. At least the times are coming down and the clutch issue seems to be fixed.
We’ll keep our fingers crossed for the PoLe Racing Team and hope they can get it all back together and sorted out in time for the big race.

Good morning Abacus,
as you know "Shit happens" but the driver is absolutely okay. The complete staff of Porsche Lennetal is working hard but the chance is only fitfty fifty or less. So we will try to fix a plan B for the 24 h event. I will keep you informed and I think we need you fingers crossed.

Great news that the driver is OK. My fingers won’t uncross until June 25…..thanks for the postings, they remind me to look up the blog and then convert it to English – still can’t read German!

Arbeiten im PZ

Das Auto ist im PZ abgeliefert, die Teile werden ab heute Abend ausgebaut. Einige Teile sind schon vorsorglich bestellt, andere werden sich erst nach der Demontage von Motor und Getriebe morgen früh ergeben. Motorsporteile haben eine Lieferzeit von 3 Tagen. Als Flügel und Motordeckel wird die alte GT3 Ausführung verbaut, der Sitz und die Gurte werden noch geklärt, die Stoßdämpfer müssen eingeschickt werden, die Laufkränze der Felgen sind hin, der Rest muss überprüft werden. Das Auto muss gerichtet, geschwweißt und mit Austauschteilen wieder hergerichtet werden.
